USA Basketball Notes

Gold Medals: 2014 FIBA Americas U18 Championship, 2013 FIBA U19 World Championship.
Honors: 2014 FIBA Americas U18 Championship Most Valuable Player.

  • Member of the 2014 USA U18 National Team that posted a 5-0 record, won the 2014 FIBA Americas U18 Championship gold medal and qualified the U.S. for the 2015 FIBA U19 World Championship.
  • Notched MVP honors after finishing with a tournament-leading average of 19.0 points per game and recording a team second-best average of 8.4 rebounds per game. Blocked a tournament-high 10 shots, while also contributing with four assists and four steals. Had the highest field goal shooting percentage with 76.5 in the tournament, including a 91 percent from the field performance against Argentina on 08/09/10. Tied the USA U18 single-game record of 11 free throws attempted on 08/10/14 after it was set by teammate Brianna Turner on 08/08/10
  • Member of the 2013 USA Basketball U19 World Championship Team that posted a perfect 9-0 record and captured the gold medal at the 2013 FIBA U19 World Championship in Lithuania.
  • Aided the USA U19 squad to a 3-0 exhibition record against U19 teams from Australia, Canada and Spain in the Canary Islands.

  • As a junior in 2012-13, helped Heathwood Hall to a 27-7 record, the regional championship and state runner-up finish; started all 27 games and averaged 22.0 ppg., 15.0 rpg., 3.0 apg., 5.0 spg. and 3.0 bpg.
  • As a sophomore in 2011-12, Heathwood Hall advanced to the SCISA semifinals.
  • Also competed in track and field (2011-12), volleyball (2011-12) and soccer (2010-11) and broke her high school’s 100-meter record.
